Toner Corporation – Which Toner Service Package Is Right for Your Business?

Which Toner Service Package Is Right for Your Business?

When choosing a toner cartridge, price isn’t the only factor—after-sales support, warranty, and replacement speed can make a big difference to your workflow. That’s why we offer three service packages with our Canon 708 Generic Toner Cartridge: Core, Business, and Priority. Here’s how to choose the one that fits your needs.

Choose Core for savings, Business for peace of mind, or Priority when every minute counts.

Core Service Package – Best Price

The Core package is designed for customers who want the lowest possible price and are comfortable with standard replacement turnaround times.

It includes a 30-day limited warranty, standard exchange after assessment, and standard delivery (with faster options available at checkout in eligible areas). If an issue arises, basic troubleshooting is required and the cartridge must be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.

Best for: Home users or low-volume printing where cost matters more than speed.

Business Service Package – Best Value

Our Business package strikes the perfect balance between cost and protection. It includes a 180-day extended warranty and advanced replacement, meaning we can dispatch a replacement before the faulty unit is returned (after basic checks and photo proof).

Delivery is standard, with faster options available at checkout. This tier significantly reduces downtime without the cost of express courier handling.

Best for: Offices that print regularly and want faster resolution with better coverage.

Priority Service Package – Zero Downtime

The Priority package is built for businesses that simply can’t afford delays. It includes a 180-day extended warranty, express replacement with priority handling, and express delivery in eligible Gauteng areas.

Replacements are fast-tracked and shipped using the quickest available method (same-day, overnight, driver, or Uber where available). We also subsidise courier upgrades up to R150 per claim, with usage managed through a token system based on your Priority purchases.

Best for: High-dependency print environments where speed is more important than price.
